Monday thru Friday	5:30 – 6:30 A.M.	at Forest Park Pool
Monday, Wednesday, Friday	9:00 - 10:00 A.M.	at Texas Wesleyan University
Saturday & Sunday	no practice
*Our policy is that we will not conduct any swim practices if there is lightning visible. That’s at least 40 organized, structured, and coached swim practices every month. Come swimming – get in shape, have fun, BE FIT!
