Swimmers take second

Team Ridglea, the Fort Worth-based swim program for ages 19 and up, placed second among approximately 150 registered teams at the 2004 Spring Zone Championships in Sugar Land on March 27-28. It's the highest finish ever for Team Ridglea, which was formed less than three years ago and placed fifth last spring.

Up next is the United States Masters National Swimming Championships on April 22-25 at the Indiana-Purdue at Indianapolis natatorium. Team Ridglea will be sending nine qualifiers: Kristin Henderson, Diane Drake, Nicole Paquette, Beth Jones, Brian Miller, Jason Lovell, Harris Masterson, David Koslowsky and Chuck Burr.
