Chuck founded TEAM RIDGLEA/MANSFIELD MASTERS in May 2001 and has been the Director/Head Swim Coach since its inception. His background is swimming began as a national level swimmer at Texas A & M where he earned a B.S. degree in 1979. He earned a M. Ed. degree at Texas Christian University in 1981. Chuck also served as Assistant Swim Coach at both schools. He formed a United States Swimming age group team, Fort Worth Water Works, in 1981 and served as its Director/Head Swim Coach until 1988, when private business ventures demanded more of his time. He was the Aquatics Director and Head Swim Coach of Ridglea Country Club from 1975 - 2005, where he led the swimming team to an undefeated mark for the final 25 years of that time. He is currently President of Aloha Pool Service, Inc. and recently founded another United States Swimming age group team, Water Works 2. Chuck has been been married to Debbie since 1979. They have four children: Ryan (26), Devon (25), Chelsea (16) and Chandler (15).
